This Privacy Policy describes how the internal application (“Application”) uses and protects information obtained from your QuickBooks Online company file. The Application is for your own business use and is not a public or commercial product.

The Application accesses accounting and business data from your QuickBooks Online company file via the official Intuit API. This may include:
- Company information
- Chart of accounts
- Invoices, bills, payments, and related transactions
- Accounting reports such as Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet
- Purpose of Data Use
The data is used only to:
- Generate internal financial and operational reports
- Provide summaries and insights to help you manage your business
The Application does not sell, rent, or share your QuickBooks data with third parties.
- Data Storage and Security
- Access tokens and API credentials are stored securely (for example, in environment variables or a secure configuration file).
- The Application is used only by you and, if applicable, a trusted accountant.
- No QuickBooks credentials or tokens are stored in public code repositories.

Data Sharing
The Application does not share your QuickBooks data with external services, except for the connection to Intuit’s QuickBooks Online API, which is required for the Application to function.

The Application only retains the minimum information necessary to connect to your QuickBooks Online company (such as access tokens). Financial data is retrieved as needed to generate reports and insights and is not resold or used for any purpose other than supporting your internal business analysis.
User Control
You can revoke the Application’s access to your QuickBooks Online company at any time from within your Intuit account or by removing the Application’s credentials from your environment.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is intended for business use only and is not directed to children under 18.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this same page, and continued use of the Application after changes are posted will mean that you accept those changes.
